Regarding recruiting workers to work in Australia


Mirai International Joint Stock Company is an enterprise licensed by the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs to operate the service of sending Vietnamese labours to work abroad for the first time, No.1009/LDTBXH-GP dated 29 December 2017 and changed to license No. 20/LDTBXH-GP on 09 August 2022; was granted a business registration certificate for study abroad consulting services by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training for the first time on 11 October 2017 and renewed for the first time on 12 September 2022.

Mirai International Joint Stock Company is a member of the Labor Export Association ( http://www.vamas.com.vn ) and participates in applying and strengthening the implementation of the Code of Conduct for Vietnamese businesses. Nam sends workers to work abroad (CoC – VN); Thoroughly comply with the provisions of Vietnamese law.

Based on the reception plans of labor receiving organizations in Australia and based on the number of answer sheets : …………… dated ……. month ……. year ………. of the Department of Overseas Labor Management, Mirai International Joint Stock Company respectfully announces the recruitment of workers to work in Australia with the following content:

2. Selection criteria:

– Age: from 18 to 39 years old; Height: Not required, weight: Not required

– Educational level: graduated from high school or higher

– Criminal record certificate No.2 has no criminal record;

– Have no illegal relatives in Australia;

– Never failed an Australian visa;

– Have good health, no infectious diseases.

3. Contract term, internship and working conditions:

Contract term: 2-4 years (Support for permanent residence visa conversion and naturalization)

4. Rights and obligations of employees

Employees are entitled to full benefits and fulfill their obligations according to Vietnamese and Australian laws.

– Working time : 40 hours/week; 01 English lesson per week on Saturday;

– Basic salary : 26 – 30 AUD/hour (Equivalent to about 65,000,000 VND/month, not including overtime. After overtime, minus food and accommodation, expected to receive 80 – 100 million VND/month).

– Overtime salary: According to Australian law

– Food, accommodation, insurance: According to Australian law and Australian employers.

5. Responsibilities of employees:

– Fully participate in the orientation education course before going to work abroad organized by the Company ;

– Participate in vocational skills training courses organized by the Company (if any);

– Participate in English training courses organized by the Company (if any);

– Prepare and submit complete documents to work abroad according to current State regulations and Company instructions;

– Service fees , visa fees, Overseas Employment Support Fund and other expenses (if any);

– Sign and implement labour contracts with the employer.

– Be allowed to work overtime according to needs and agreements between the employee and the receiving organization in Australia, but overtime is not allowed to exceed the provisions of Australian law.

– Deduct and pay amounts according to the laws of the receiving country, including social insurance, personal income tax, employment insurance, etc.

– Notify the Company or Employer within 05 days from the date of change in workplace (if any);

– Liquidate this contract within 180 days from the date of termination of the labour contract;

6. Cost
