Currently, many developed countries around the world are facing a shortage of labour in various fields ranging from agriculture and manufacturing to beauty and healthcare. With the high demand for recruitment in many developed countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Dubai, Germany, South Korea, etc., I believe this is an opportunity for Vietnamese people to work and study to enhance their skills and knowledge in developed countries, in order to become international citizens who can contribute to global development.

With the desire to provide opportunities for many young people in Vietnam, since 2017, after being granted permission by the Vietnamese Government to provide services for sending labours to work abroad, our company has focused on the field of language training, skills development, and guidance for Vietnamese youths who aspire to study and work overseas. From the very beginning, we have affirmed our mission to thoroughly understand each job applicant and provide suggestions and the most suitable career guidance for their future, addressing language and skill shortage, as well as cultural differences, through training programs.

Due to the cultural and lifestyle differences among countries, we always listen to and seek feedback from customers regarding the difficulties that job applicants and recruiting companies encounter in terms of culture and lifestyle. We place great emphasis on training and constantly update new regulations and the latest customer feedback to incorporate into our training programs, aiming to bridge the gap between the two parties. Additionally, we prioritize language training in the workplace, including specialized vocabulary, work procedures provided by customers, and conversational practice in work-related situations. With our training approach, we aim to develop a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting the global shortage of personnel for companies worldwide.

For us, the success of job applicants and the satisfaction of the receiving companies are always our top priorities. We consistently engage in reporting, communication, and discussions with the receiving companies and job applicants throughout their learning and training process in Vietnam. During the training process, if any inappropriate factors are identified, we promptly engage in discussions with relevant parties to provide appropriate solutions.
